Packaging in Bag In Box

The Twin Head Filling Station is a Bag in Box filler to Pack Shortening / Margarine in 5-25 Kg Boxes. The Twin Head Filling Station shall be a load cell based filling system with Programmable Weighing Controllers based control panel for the automation of weighing and packing of Bakery Shortening / Margarine with 2 weighing stations/Platforms each capable of weighing up to 25 kgs with least count of 05 grams.

Packaging of Resting Tube Blocks

The packing of the 10 kg and 15 kg block from the Resting Tube is done with a combination of a Block Cutting Machine, the block packing machine and the block packing out conveyor. In this process the appropriate size cartons taped on one side with polythene bag inserted in it needs to be placed on the conveyor. The resting tube will have a circular to rectangular transition piece with a fixed cross section, once the desired weight is cut with the help of the Block Cutting Machine it gets automatically placed in the carton with the help of the Block Packing machine and the Block Packing Conveyor. The carton can then be passed through a sealer to seal the polythene bag and close the carton from the top.

Puff Pastry Shortenings and Margarines that are extruded from the Resting Tube are in the form of blocks, generally in 10-15 kg Blocks and require to be inserted in a corrugated boxes. The packing of the 10 kg and 15 kg block is done with a combination of a Block Cutting Machine, the block packing machine and the block packing out conveyor. In this process the appropriate size cartons taped on one side with polythene bag inserted in it needs to be placed on the conveyor. The resting tube will have a circular to rectangular transition piece with a fixed cross section, once the desired weight is cut with the help of the Block Cutting Unit and it gets placed in the carton with the help of the PLC controlled Pneumatics in the Block Packing unit and the conveyor. The carton can then be passed through a sealer to seal the polythene bag and close the carton from the top.
