High Pressure Plunger Pump
The sub cooling of the emulsion in the SSHEs and the reduced cross sectional flow in the Resting Tube causes the pressure to rise to the extent of 60 Bar for certain products. A high pressure positive displacement pump will thereby be required for the manufacture of Specialty Fats.
Pump designed for a test pressure of 120 bar. The Pump is equipped with a SS 316 Housing, a Pressure Indicator, a Pressure Transmitter and Safety Relief Valve and FDA approved Seals. The Variable Frequency Driven Motor ensures that products with different Solid Fat Index can be manufactured using the same pump.
